Please note that we do not cover return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a COD return. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed. If there is an issue with the product, a full refund including original shipping charges will be issued. If the item ordered is not longer needed, original shipping charges will not be returned. All tags, including the price tag, must be fully attached to returned items.
